Return & Exchange Policy

NO Returns, only exchanges within 2 days of receiving the outfit.

All purchases are non-refundable.

Exchanges can be done with a product of the same or higher value, or the balance can be used as store credit, upon certain criteria, if the return is accepted. All products that require exchange should be shipped at the customers cost including shipping, custom fee, duties . We recommend the shipping back to us is done via a trackable method since the customer is responsible for the product until we receive it.

In order to be eligible for a return, the outfit should be unused, unworn , undamaged and unwashed by the customer can only be returned if they are in the original packaging.

Please note that a custom made outfit is non-returnable and non-refundable unless an incorrect order has been shipped to you (in such a case the shipping cost shall be bourne by us). Incase of damages piece, a new one will be sent in exchange. We shall not accept returns for any other reasons.
